Users should be able to customize the footers of forms.
Problem examples:
We need to add in disclaimers for legal and compliance reasons. Currently, I can only update the description or the message that appears after submission.

I may be wrong, but I don’t think this option is yet available at all.
If you want to see this implemented in the future, you should try to request it through a #feature-requests.
