It’s great that you can “send records” via email, but that feature loses a lot of its convenience, since you have to manually type in recipient email addresses, even if you’ve previously emailed them and even if they’re a collaborator in the base. It’s pretty silly that AT doesn’t have a contact list for sending messages from the app.

Have you checked out the SendGrid Block? That allows for fully customizable content, and specifying emails from a specific record column, that may get you closer to what you’re looking for. The “send record” feature is really basic and hasn’t been updated much in awhile as far as I can remember.
