Allow user-defined functions in Formulas

There are a few requests for new functions to be added to the ones available to Formulas.
I think it would be even better if user-defined functions can be made available to Formulas. They can be defined in a Scripting Block of the Base.
Perhaps someday there can be a “eco system” of libraries of user-defined functions that can be shared among users.
