I have a number of fields with links to records in other tables. When the user clicks the plus button in such fields, a pick list appears. The first column is the primary key of the referenced table, and then the next few columns of the view (hidden or unhidden fields). I would like to customize this and specifically set the columns and their widths in the pick list.
