Enable Hebrew in the "search" block

The search block allows searching only in Latin languages.
Why not enable more languages?

While you’re at it. Allow determining if the base is LTR or RTL, in the settings.

They do not care about the languages and speakers of Hebrew and Arabic.

Localization is a perfectly valid feature request.
