What is the proposed idea/solution?

The ability to set owner as non collaborator/builder so he does not have access to the bases but has only access to workspace settings.

How does is solve the user problems?

The problem is that in our organization there are users who are administering the workspaces and different users are building. We don't want builders to have access to workspace settings so there is another user who is administering the workspace - the only thing he does is managing the billing and administration features. Since the user is not a collaborator the workspace shouldn't be charged for him.

How was this validated?

Each owner is collaborator and we have to pay for him even though he doesn't collaborate.

Who is the target audience?

Each company who have separated group of users administering the workspace from collaborators.
