I would like the ability to format the “List of records” in the email action as a grid, the same way as you can do with the “Send records as email” right-click option

+35Yes, I agree! That would be much preferred over the existing way that the records are sent.
You may want to add your feedback into this thread, where they just announced this feature. The Airtable Team doesn’t pay much attention to the community forum here, but there’s a better chance that they will pay attention to that thread where they announced this feature.
Also, emailing them at support@airtable.com is a good way to try to get their attention as well.
