It would be great if the field name displayed at the top and/or the bottom of the screen so I could see what is supposed to be in them as I cursor across a table. I see the tool tip when I mouse over the name, but if i’m just tabbing through, it’s hard to know what’s there.
A related idea: I’d love to see an Excel/Sheets style input box in the title bar to make it easier to edit cells where the contents are not entirely displayed.

Could you elaborate on what you mean by ‘field name in header’?
When I browse through, i find that if you change the name it already does show up at the top of the Airtable:
