Read-only, Commenters, and Editors should NOT be able to see another user’s personal view. The only people who should have this access are Owners and Creators. I don’t care if they can edit the data or not, I don’t want them to see the data.
I set up a read-only account, and I can select to hide or view personal views, but that should not even be on option on the RO, Commenter, and Editor levels.
