For example, when a record triggered sending an email, it would be great if that would show up in the audit log so that I don’t need to CC myself or need to dig into the run automations log to confirm.
Have run automations show up in audit log / comment section
+35A workaround for this:
If you make a change to the record when the automation runs, it will show up in the activity log.
For example, you could just update a date field with the current date & time to indicate when the automation last ran. Not only would it show up in the activity log, but it would also be visible in the field itself.
