So sorry for the carbet bomb, but going on three years with this question it would be great to get an indication from one of you on if there is a commitment to expand kanban and other functionality into iOS and mobile. can we get any hint on priority for this or possible timing if there is interest, please? I echo many on this thread that mobile for these views is on the critical path to any enterprise adoption.

Hi, been searching for that too, i’m a newbie airtable user here & this is a great tool, I’m using chrome app on my android phone, just check the “Desktop Site” option. then sign-in to your airtable account. now i can use all the features/views of airtable on my mobile.

Lucky - all I’ve got is an iPad, and while it DOES let me see the Calendar, Gallery, and Kanban views when I open it in Safari, the Kanban view lacks the tap-hold-and-drag functionality I was hoping for (ie Trello) - hope these features are on the horizon for the app-version!

I am yet another person that absolutely loves the desktop Airtable app, only to be sorely disappointed at the ridiculous lack of functionality in the iPad app. Kanban/ grouped grid when on iPad?

I found Airtable years ago and loved it. Every so often I download the app to see if kanban view has been implemented on mobile iOS and every time I do it is still not supported. I then delete the app and wait another few months and go back to using another app. I’m not sure why this still isn’t available when droves of people request it… both on here and in the reviews in the app store. I think Airtable is vastly superior to all other apps in the its category but kanban view is a must have for me on mobile unfortunately. I really hope it gets implemented soon so I can make the switch. Using it on browser is just not the same experience and even though I have tried many times, I cant seem to get used to it.

Please prioritize this. This is a core feature and not merely a “nice to have”.

Ideally every view should be viewable on Mobile, but bare minimum there should at least be a button to view it in desktop mode.

3 years and not even a comment from the company for a pretty basic piece of standard functionality. WTH??

Many of my clients use Trello and then have to get the same (article) card to work on multiple trello boards.

For many of the publishers, journalists, editors and designers I work with being able to move cards around on their phone is a life saver (especially for young parents - I had one editor in chief / editorial director who runs her entire workflow for 6+ publications from the trello app and does so while she is rocking her child :child: to sleep )

The ability of Airtable to go from a list to a kanban is a game changer but the lack of a kanban board drag and drop is keeping me from suggesting Airtable (which they should be moving to as it will help them grow their content and connection to their readers) to my clients.

Maybe you (Airtable) could have an outside developer create one so we could use for now?

The concern I have is that if this is a known problem for 4+ years and it hasn’t been fixed I can’t recommend Airtable as it seems clear that it won’t ever be on the menu.

We will continue to use Airtable internally (I love it :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: ) and it is already a game changer but I can’t even tell my clients that PurpleGray is using it because if they start and then get stuck on something that Trello solved 5+ years ago they will lose trust in us.

Please let us/me know what your plans are. Until you do, we have to continue recommending Trello. Sorry.

Would love to see this feature on tablets. I would find it more useful on there than my mac!

Ridiculous that this has not been fixed yet. Especially since for Data view the Kanban is much more advanced already, supports all sort and filter options, snappy horizontal scroll between stacks/columns, touch drag and drop works at least on androids. The interface kanban in the Airtable app doe snot even exist. It displays as a table, unsorted, no functionality. Unusable.
