Missing Permanent Button on top right - to create a new record in the table. Its missing

Airtable UI doesn’t include a “new record” button at the top right. It sometimes it includes one in the bottom right: on grouped grid views, on calendar views, and on gallery views.
Are you making a feature request for that button to appear on every view type?
