New Comments: Read vs Unread

Am I the only one who uses comments? Surely everyone else using them finds it incredibly difficult to know which has been ‘tocuhed’ vs ‘untouched’. I’m only working with 1 other person and it becomes very difficult to manage our tasks, this would be a step in the right direction.
