It would be very helpful to have the ability to set up some kind of notification for changes to the base structure (adding/removing/renaming columns or tables). Not having this ability results in having to manually review our bases for changes when something breaks.

This would be a great addition! Especially for those of us who depend on the structure remaining 100% intact for integration with Integromat or Zapier!
