HTML emails are great, why not offer a plain text version 🤔 🤔 ?

I agree that this would be a great addition to the product, especially since Airtable’s HTML renderer doesn’t render HTML emails properly. For example, it interprets all line breaks as carriage returns.
The best workaround for this right now is to use Make to send all your automated emails from Airtable. Make supports both plain text and HTML for all of its email modules. There is a small learning curve with Make, which is why I created this basic navigation video to help people.
