Rollups/Lookups for Rich Text Fields Lose their Markdown formatting. That is a real bummer. Would like to be able to have an option in the Formatting tab to keep Rich Text Formatting.

I previously tested it then reported it to @Kasra while talking about RTF Fields and other related things.
