Send Interfaces periodically as email

I need a way to schedule interfaces to be sent periodically as an email. Our automations are being used up for sending weekly reports. This is removing the ability to replace manual business practices with efficient automations. 

Ideally, I'd like a feature to send email reports out from interfaces periodically to specific users and/or user groups.
