I’d like to be able to have integer fields that use a slider, like SurveyMonkey’s Slider Questions.

+35They’ll probably never add this, but I would check out the rating field. It goes up to the number 10, and it is “sort of like” a slider.
Alternatively, you can use JotForm’s slider fields, and then send your form submissions to Airtable:
