I’ve been using a view in a base to achieve a similar thing. Works pretty well, currently tweaking it and looking at date options that define. Will post a screenshot.

Can you share your screenshot and more information about how you set up the view? Would simply like to see the timelines of different projects adjacent to one another in a graph. Thank you!
