What is the proposed idea/solution?

The ability to add tool tips to the top of List, Grid, etc Interface pages and/or to tabs on the Interface page. This is a very easy addition from a development perspective I would assume but would certainly help livability for users.

How does is solve the user problems?

This would allow Creators & Editors to provide additional context to the users about how the data is being filtered, colored, etc.
