Users Billable or No Cost?

Billing is very ambiguous and confusing. In the admin portal we cannot see who is billable and who is not. It needs to be more clear who is a free user and who is a paid user. In the user list there should be a column showing this. Also, billing details/reports are not available in the admin portal. They need to be available for admins.

Hi @Ryan_Swimm,

This is already available in your Workspace page. Open your account, find the workspace you are referring to on the left, click, you will find a list of the billable users. Read Only users are not billable.

We have 295 different workspaces. im in the workspaces tab but I do not see a list of billable users. i only see ID, name, basecount, collaborators, collaborator count, created at.
