How do you remove the Airtable logo (bottom left) when you embed an Airtable view on a website? Is this removable on the paid plans for Airtable? If not, I think it should be an option
Did anyone find an alternate solution to embed a database view on a webpage without export functions or branding?
Below is a recent response from Airtable customer support that has me looking elsewhere because this defeats the purpose of having the table embedded.
Thank you!
Replay from Cameron at Airtable:
"Hi Gary,
You can white label forms on[Airtable Pro but it isn’t currently possible to white label Airtable or add your own custom branding in any other way.
I hope that helps!
Cameron
From me to Airtable:
"Hi Cameron,
Thanks for the prompt replay.
After reviewing all the support documenting and the community, I cannot seem to figure out how to remove the logo and the download CSV file icons from the embedded views; calendar view is what I am currently working with. I have attached an image to give you an example of what I can’t figure out how to remove. Can you please share with me how to remove this in the share embedded code view.
Thank you,
Gary"
The only way I know to do this is to use custom software, either something you develop yourself or an existing third-party tool that uses Airtable’s API to pull and display the table data. One example of such a tool is Airpress, a Wordpress plugin. I haven’t used it myself, but it looks like a promising way to create custom displays.
I would really like to customize our view with our branding - even just our logo and colors would make a huge a difference. I’d definitely pay more for this ability.
+1 This is something I need. However, the Airtable might not want this happen. But for Pro plan, they should launch this function, even with an add-ons.
This should be an option in PRO Plan. Please anyone can advice on any workaround?
Definitely needs to be an option!
I’d live embedded views to have branding removal as well.
We’re starting to embed extensively too on our company intranet, and need to save on unnecessary airtable logo which chews up white space that would otherwise be folded.
Being on pro plan, I would expect this to be an option. Would be good to hear from an Airtable rep on this.

Yes, I have just upgraded thinking that I could remove Airtable brand of embedded views, but there is no way. A Pro plan should really have this feature.
A smaller and discreet footer would be ok, but I really would like to brand it like my website.
Agreed this is a huge need for using the software. I get it is a pro feature only but the data export, full screen. and branding need to all be togglable depending on the use case. Believe me I scream on every rooftop about airtable and how great it is so you’re getting plenty of exposure
Airtable needs to remove the concept of white-labeling as a pro plan option. They have lied to customers, as white-labeling means, they have NO branding on any components that go public. They should avoid half-truths in their marketing, which their developers refuse to implement. What they offer is partial white labeling only. I’m not using the product in several potential applications now as I do not want their logo wasting space, distracting people, taking users off my site, undermining my ability to prioritize my business uses over their marketing needs. They should allow customers to remove this.
I agree!
@Airtable, this is FALSE ADVERTISING! In South Africa, there are laws against this!
With the Covid-19 shutdown, EVERY client means the difference between survival or BANKRUPTCY for a small business!!!
I showed them how easy it is for me to embed a form and webview on their web site.
In my demo, they saw your logo and asked if it could be removed as it is NON-NEGOTIABLE!
I showed them you already had that covered with an upgrade - to ‘remove logo’ on the Form.
I’ve then spent my weekend studying up on Airtable and integration etc… - not ONCE thinking I would be made to be a FOOL because you lied by omission and still sneak in your logo elsewhere.
Removing the Airtable logo is non-negotiable!
On a side note - thank you for the free 365 trial upgrade to pro on my COVID-19 workspace, but giving away a free account isn’t going to put food on the table. I was relying on this large project that would come out of this. Sadly both you and I have now lost a client!
Not cool Airtable!!! If I had the means I would seek damages, but I’m sure you’ve got that covered too.
Besides, I need to time to try to find another client
If you would like to embed a gallery view on your website that is white labeled, we’ve built a tool that I allows you to do just that.

This new extension looks awesome!
How is this not a thing yet, @Airtable
Feature needed asap +1
I highly recommend miniExtension’s for this. You get unlimited usage for all your bases + all the other extensions and for only $39 a month. I have built a “Back office system” with different grid views for different people with different access, which none is subscribed to Airtable.
Hey everyone, Pory is an alternative for creating beautiful galleries or listing without the Airtable branding. It literally takes a couple of minutes to set up and you can embed it into your existing site using an iframe or widget .
+1 here. Seems very simple to just allow Pro plan users to remove branding and “view larger version” (because taking people off site etc. as mentioned multiple times above). For what we use airtable this is a major issue
this is essential.
airtable doesnt support ios 14 embedded views either. Scheduled a smartsheet demo this week…

I signed up today for airtable. May leave tomorrow because of this issue. “view larger version” effectively makes embed useless for me.
It’s ridicolous we can’t remove that branding…simple question: why not? If we are on Pro then at least give us the option…Google Tables might become a better option?
I have to put white image over the bottom bar with css, not the better solution but works

Hello, you mentioned some time ago that you were able to hide the airtable branding in an embedded view by using CSS to cover it with a white block. Any chance you would be willing to share exactly how you did that?
+1
Removing that annoying bar would be so great…
Is this happening or ?
Still unable to remove branding when trying to embed a gallery.
