Our organization has used AirTable for some time it has helped us standardize some workflows.

I would like to know if anyone here has a grant tracker they feel comfortable sharing with the following features.

  • Creating a client organization with clear relationship managers for both the client and the NPO
  • A selector with multiple options/packages offered to the client
  • Automations triggered regarding contract requirements (publicity, social media acknowledgements, outcomes) to the appropriate departments (communications, programs)
  • Visual tracking of the project’s development

Thanks in advance!

Héctor

You probably already know about this but there was a webinar + template provided not too long ago that might be helpful?

I do free half hour calls and would be happy to jump on and do a cobuilding thing together where you talk about your workflows and we build everything out immediately too, and you can grab a time here if that sounds good to you!

Hi Héctor, interesting use case. We’ve built a few grant and partnership management systems with similar pieces, especially around requirements, ownership and tracking delivery.

One thing I’d be curious about: when you say “client”, is this the organization providing the funding, or an organization receiving services/funding from you? I think the setup would look quite different depending on that.

Also, not sure if you caught Cherry’s recent session on grant management, but there might be a few useful ideas in there for what you’re trying to build:

Happy to share some thoughts once I understand the client relationship a bit better.
