Yup! But this requires a Team plan. I use this for keeping track of my coworkers in a centralized spot and then being able to assign them tasks inside of other bases. Note that I am not able to edit my coworker info from those other bases, only view / link them. That would require a Business plan.

Hi ​@Manuel LeBlanc! What’s the context behind the data sharing? There’s lots of ways to share like syncing as Pello mentioned. However, it depends of whether the data actually needs to live in separate databases. If you are trying to protect the data from different groups of people, interfaces may also work for you. 
The comunity will be able to help you better if we can know more about the context. 

It really depends on who you're sharing the data with and what level of access they need. If it's just for viewing, a shared view is usually the safest option because you can limit exactly what records and fields are visible. If people need to submit or update information, forms or Interfaces are often a better choice than giving full base access. That way you can collaborate while keeping the underlying data protected and avoiding accidental changes.
