  • How has Airtable helped unlock your workflows? Or if you’re just getting started, how do you hope to use it? While I have used (and loved!) Airtable in previous capacities as an employee, I am currently using Airtable as I launch my own brand. Among other things, I am hoping to learn how to best structure my ecosystem, a collection of sub brands under one umbrella brand.

Looking forward to sharing and learning with the community!

How has Airtable helped unlock your workflows? Or if you’re just getting started, how do you hope to use it? I’m trying to build an MVP app via low-code, no-code. This is about the third tool I’ve used. It needs to have different role-based user experiences, and also have workflows, automation and search/filtering capabilities. Taking any help I can get!

@kora You’re in the right place! Use the Ask the Community Board to ask questions if you get stuck on any step while building your app, and the Academy is also a great resource for detailed instructions on navigating and designing.

  • Hey everyone! I’m Ted Hemberger, a Creative Consultant and AI Annotation Specialist here at Mercor. I’m super into filmmaking and building brands, and if you catch me working, there’s a good chance I’m juggling both at once 🎥. I just started permanently using Airtable to keep my creative and AI projects organized — it seems great for for connecting all the moving parts and keeping things flowing smoothly as ideas turn into real results which if you’ve been with Mercor for awhile you know thats the missing link! I look forward to helping as much as possible with whatever project is in front of me and wish you all a great evening. - Bergershot

Hey everyone! 👋

I’m Ruben, co-founder of Stacksync, a modern integration cloud that helps teams keep their Airtable data in perfect sync with the rest of their stack.

Over the past few months, I’ve seen Airtable become a central hub for ops, marketing, and product teams, and it’s been amazing to watch how flexible it can be when paired with strong sync and automation layers.

I’ve been deep in the Airtable ecosystem for a while now, helping companies streamline their systems and cut out messy manual updates between tools. What started as side experiments quickly turned into a full-time obsession with real-time data workflows and clean schema design.

Excited to be part of this community. I’ve already learned a ton from reading your posts. Feel free to reach out if you ever want to chat about how to connect Airtable with CRMs, databases, or other business systems, always happy to help.

Airtable has helped me think more clearly about how to turn messy business processes into structured systems. I’m especially interested in using it for workflow design, project tracking, and lightweight operational tools that help small businesses work more efficiently.

  • How has Airtable helped unlock your workflows? Or if you’re just getting started, how do you hope to use it? Airtable has completely transformed the way I work. It’s incredibly flexible and I’ve taken full advantage of the many integrations and extensions available. If you’re experienced with programming languages and general data analytics, you will absolutely see how much you can gain from using Airtable. Some of my favorite builds:
    • Using Airtable as the source of truth for an interactive map hosted on AWS. Since our clients are usually nontechnical (legal industry), Airtable serves as an easy-to-edit (and easy to learn!) platform for changes they want to make.
    • Using Airtable automations to automatically send monthly invoices, task completion updates, marketing post announcements, and new project updates to my team on Slack.
    • Integrating Google Analytics to create an easy to read dashboard within my marketing airtable interface.

Cannot speak enough about how much of a game change Airtable Interfaces are for your workflow. You can get really creative with them. Highly encourage people to explore them!

Hey everyone!

My name is James and I’m very new here, so I thought I’d introduce myself. I’m looking forward to learning from people in this community and discovering new ways Airtable can help organise life and information.

How has Airtable helped unlock your workflows? Or if you’re just getting started, how do you hope to use it? I’m just getting started with Airtable. I’m interested in using it to organise personal tasks, notes, records, and everyday workflows. I also live with blindness, so I’m particularly interested in learning how accessible Airtable can be and how I can use screen readers and other assistive technology to navigate it effectively. I’m hoping Airtable will help me bring together information that is often scattered across different places and make it easier to manage daily life.

I’m very much in learning mode, so I’m looking forward to hearing what others are doing and learning from the experience of the community!

Airtable has been a game-changer for how we operate across a multi-campus vocational school network. Before Airtable, critical information was scattered across Google Sheets and Docs that were hard to find, harder to maintain, and impossible to connect.

Today, Airtable is the backbone of our entire operation. It unlocked workflows I couldn't have imagined building otherwise — student records, quality audit tracking, work-study contract calendars, KPI dashboards for certification results and professional insertion rates, end-of-training reviews, and automated reminders to campus teams — all connected, all in one place.

What truly changed the game was combining Airtable with Zapier and eSignature tools. Data flows automatically from one step to the next: a contract is signed, Airtable is updated, the right people are notified, documents are generated. What used to require multiple manual steps across different tools now happens seamlessly.

But beyond the workflows, Airtable unlocked something more personal: the confidence that I — a former primary school teacher with no coding background — could build sophisticated operational systems from scratch. That realization changed the trajectory of my career.

I'm new to Airtable, but I've discovered that I genuinely enjoy thinking about how businesses work. Give me a messy workflow, scattered information, and disconnected processes, and I'll happily spend hours figuring out how everything should fit together.

My background is in SEO, where I fell in love with information architecture, content organization, and building connections between things. Apparently, that same obsession translates surprisingly well into databases and business systems.

My goal is to specialize in CRM, client management, project management, and operational systems.

Also, if you ever see me asking too many questions, it's probably because my brain has already generated 47 hypothetical scenarios and is trying to organize all of them into linked records. 😂

Looking forward to learning from everyone!

Name: Juan Carlos Vasquez, but most people call me JC.

Company/Role: I am a government analyst by day, which is the role I am actively pivoting away from. On the side I consult independently on no-code operational infrastructure for organizations in the music and creative space. Airtable is the vehicle for that pivot.

Favorite hobby: Music. I am a multi-instrumentalist, SAE-certified audio engineer, and ASCAP-registered writer. I also founded and operate The Sound Herd, a music collective I run as sole proprietor.

Most used emoji: ⚙️🎸🧔🏻‍♂️👨🏻‍💻

How has Airtable helped unlock your workflows?

The Sound Herd is where Airtable changed everything for me. Running a music collective means managing member coordination, content scheduling, revenue splits, compliance gates, and patron communication simultaneously with no staff. I built a 22-table production OS from scratch that handles all of it. Five operational layers, AI-assisted automations, and a Glide front end that lets non-technical members interact with the system without touching the base.

That build taught me what Airtable actually is. Not a database tool. An operational language. I have since extended that thinking into consulting work for organizations in the music and creative space.

Triple certified as of this morning, 06/07/26: Builder, AI App Builder, and Agentic Systems Design. Looking forward to being part of this community.
