Access request to database from strangers

How or why would I be getting access to a database requests from strangers and is this an issue to be concerned with. I’m disregarding the request of course.

    I got that too and I am kinda worried. The request seems to be specific to a certain base and looks like the stranger knows the bases we are working on. Why can this happen? do you already got answer to this?

    Ironically I just found the answer to the question a while ago. It seemed I forwarded the e-mail notification with the “view in airtable” hyperlink (which is meant for us the Creator). The recipient of that forwarded e-mail than click on the hyperlink and obviously an "alert’ was sent to me asking to grant access or not. If I didn’t forward the e-mail with the hyperlink, this would never happened. Lesson learnt, never forward a notification e-mail meant for for us to others. Phew.
