Account structure for multiple clients

Every person that modifies the data would be billable I believe.  Given that you're planning on giving your clients and their customers Interface access, you'd probably use the new Portals feature (https://support.airtable.com/docs/using-airtable-portals-for-external-collaborators) that bills at $120 per month for 15 people on the Teams plan, on top of the $24 for your seat

I'm not really clear how pricing works if you've got > 15 people on the portal though, and pricing on Business/Enterprise isn't mentioned in the support doc either as far as I can tell, so if you do find out I'd love to know more too

You can look into using third party portals to that connect with Airtable to reduce costs, which would let you leverage the UI, automations etc of Airtable while also letting your clients and their customers do what they need to.  Some popular options would be Softr and Noloco; there are a whole bunch of them and a quick Google search will sort you out

Each of these portals will have their own foibles and you'll need to modify your workflows and potentially your data structures to accommodate them too, so bear in mind the maintenance costs as well as the pricing when you're weighing using these

There's another option where you try to use Airtable's portals and use form software like Fillout to let people modify data, but the user experience isn't that great and I figure you probably don't want that since this is client facing

Otherwise, if you want your customers to edit their data within Airtable itself, using Airtable’s portals feature is very expensive because it costs $120 per month for a minimum of 15 customers, and $8 per month for each additional customer after that.

This is price prohibitive for many people, so you could always look at the other Airtable portals on the market, which are much less expensive.
