Hi there!


When sharing a “Read Only” view of a base is there a way to prevent the “readers” from viewing the Activity in an expanded view? I want folks to see the information provided without being distracted by how the data came to be.

Welcome to the community, @Dan_Howard! :grinning_face_with_big_eyes: If you’ve properly shared a read-only view, only those fields that you’ve made visible in the view will be shown in the read-only version, including the expanded version of any record. You see all activity in the base itself because you’re logged in. Non-users who use the read-only view won’t see that data.
