Upon pasting the data, I keep getting this error.
Please suggest how to resolve it.

Since you continue to experience this error, I recommend that you contact support.

I also recommend that you record a video of the event where you narrate what you are doing that shows the state of your base before pasting and what triggers the error. Include this video in your support request.

There is not enough information for people on this community forum to tell how to paste data without getting the error.

I have been emailing support about this for months.

Happens to me in every base, across multiple accounts, different subscription plans, various browsers, multiple machines and operating systems.

I have not been able to pinpoint an action that consistently causes it either. Sometimes I get it when pasting, sometimes when creating a new table or field. Sometimes when saving a formula (that is never fun)

I tried deleting some of my bases but I still keep getting this error.

Did you ever solve this error? I have the same thing when trying to duplicate a large Airtable, have tried contacting Airtable but get the automated responses and when I do so online, I get directed to the help documents.

Hi Wawix, I got the same error today, and after 5/10mins everything went back to normal by itself (I did a hard refresh (cmd+shift+R) and fully closed the app in between. Nothing seemed to work, but after one last refresh, the error disappeared, and Airtable loaded properly.

I've faced this error from yesterday. I have an error code pgllsEaVHgZtW95f5 and can't load database.

I has this same issue when pasting in content from MS Word. When I pasted the content into Notepad (thereby removing all the formatting), I was able to paste into Airtable. Not ideal, but a serviceable work around for occasional use.

I'm getting variations of this error (the code is different each time i refresh pglhsgM8AnbYP7Pon). i can only make one change at a time and then get it again.
what i'm doing:

linking a new record in a field that has one linked record.

making a note in the existing linked record

making a note in the new linked record

deleting the old linked record.

then i get the error, for hte last 10 times i've tried

I'm getting this error again in a different situation as the one I posted above.

Made a lookup field from a table that I'm going to delete so that i could move the vavlues.

Created a single line text field.

Selected the values in the lookup field.

Attempted to paste in the new single line text field. Got the error over and over. I think this might be due to the paste being too large- I was able to past in chunks of the data but not all of the records.

I found this issue was caused by hidden formatting in the text - when I paste the text into Notepad first (to wash-out the formatting) and then into Airtable the error did not occur.
