When I try to open Airtable on my iMac, running MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6, it opens as a completely blank window. No information is displayed, When I first installed it, it ran fine. I am using the latest version of Airtable for the Mac, 1.4.5. Any ideas why this might be happening? Airtable runs fine on my iPhone and Surface Pro. And two of my friends running Macs use Airtable with no problems.

Thanks for any advice.

I’m not running it within a web browser, but rather the standalone version. Not sure about Javascript, but is that relevant to the standalone version? When I do use a browser on the Mac it’s Safari, occasionally Firefox or Chrome.

Thanks @Carl_J_Chimi for these details.

Unfortunately I don’t use the desktop version of Airtable.

Javascript disabled: irrelevant in Desktop App I think.

I was asking it in Web Browser context.

Do you use Little Snitch Firewall? Other Firewall ? Global Protection App including firewall, antivirus… ?
