We have the pro plan, but we’re only able to share 3 views into one single view in Airtable.
Is there an issue or do we still need to upgrade?

Per this support article, a synced table can have a maximum of 3 sources on the pro plan, and 20 sources on the enterprise plan.
If you are not ready to upgrade to enterprise, you can also “daisy chain” your synced tables.
