Hello Airtable community! I’m trying to set up a Zapier to send a new record to Mailchimp via Zapier. I have birthdate set in the correct format US style which is what Mailchimp is too. However it seems Airtable is sending it to Zapier YYYY-DD-MM

Can anyone help me? Thank you so much!
