Someone without an Airtable account cannot have any access to an Airtable workspace. At most someone without an Airtable account can view publicly shared views/forms/interfaces. An Airtable account is necessary to see an actual base. You can send an invite to someone who does not yet have an Airtable account, but that person will need to create an Airtable account in order to gain access.
