Hi

I am using Airtable with Fillout forms for a client project based in UK.  Apologies, this question is more about Fillout.

I am happy that I can get request a DPA with Airtable in relation to GDPR.

Fillout say that they are GDPR Ready but then state that only Enterprise customers can have data hosted in EU.

Can we achieve GDPR compliance with Fillout on one of the lesser plans, with data hosted in US?

Anyone in the UK in the same position who could maybe offer their thoughts?

Thanks

Hey @James_Magee,

You might want to reach out to Fillout’s support team using the button shown on the screenshot below on edit mode of any form. They are really quick and good with their support!

Hi @James_Magee,

That feature is only available on Fillout’s Enterprise Plan.

Seems that the only way to be GDPR compliant with Fillout is to be on Enterprise plan, which isn’t feasible for this client.

Really disappointed with that as I was loving Fillout and the record update form in particular was very useful, Plus dynamic filtering of linked records
