is there a way to do everything i can within the gui of airtable, within an app or javascript?


i want to use this not for personal use. i want to use this as a (would it be considered a…?) database for my web-app.


sorry if i do not provide enough context. i am pretty new here.

Were you thinking of something like an automation app?


There is Integromat. It’s very powerful and you can do all kinds of automation, especially with Airtable.

i am very sorry, but this is not what i am looking for. as i said, i intended to use airtable for a website. as a database for all to see, edit and change(only via the website).


if there is no way, then i request there be.

i mean, like some database (…), can they add something like a… library?

just so it can be usable to more that one person, without manually changing is, nor automatic.

eg, js functions,

getRecordAtKey(“a primary key”, “a table name”)

and hopefully, if this is moderated, and the moderators see my request, and consider it.
