Hello

I have a 20Mb attachment (so not huge) which refuses to upload.  It gets to 10Mb and just freezes.

Any reason for this?  The attachment opens fine in my Mac and 20Mb is hardly big.

That's a weird one.  Might want to go through the options in this troubleshooting page and/or open a support ticket for it
