Hi guys,
I am playing around with Airtable to see whether this could help our small eating disorders clinic (and me as the manager!) make us more efficient to see people and communicate with them. I have worked out how to send an email to myself automatically once someone has been waiting for more than 60 days, but I have not yet worked out how to include their name and/or email address in the automatic email to me so I can then get in touch with them. (Or how to send an automatic email to them directly?). I would really appreciate your input a lot.
