I would like to use airtable to manage the entrance to an event with a barcode.
Currently with airtable I can scan the qr from the app, then I should open the found item, and manually click on the checked in flag.
Too long and complex when there are many guests in a row.
By mistake I could modify other fields.
At that time I just want to set the checked-in flag, I don’t want to see any more information, and I would like to minimize repetitive actions.
I would like an automatism that if the barcode exists/is valid in databse, it will be flagged automatically as checked-in, if it does not exist an error is communicated.
It’s possible?
