Base over limit - deleting records not bringing base under the limit! Help please

Hi all - has anyone been able to bring a base back UNDER limit after going over? I’ve deleted over 10k records and emptied the trash without luck.

So basically - we hit 50k records… got the “over limit” message. I went in and cleaned up some stuff - still “over limit”.

Heads up anyone with this same problem - took an hour or so but the base is now back under limit after deleting the records.

Hi @Partner_Marketing

You will have to contact Airtable Support and they will return your database back to its original status, with no overlimit showing
