I run a small agency and we are trying to set up an Airtable base to track all of our company's legal compliance documents, FBR tax filings, and incorporation certificates across different regions (specifically South Asia / Pakistan).
Right now, we are using a free portal we built for our local market secp portal to actually calculate our local taxes and generate the required SECP (company registration) documents. But I want to organize all that data and the generated PDFs into an Airtable base to keep a timeline of all our renewals and tax deadlines.
Does anyone have a good template or base structure for tracking recurring legal/tax deadlines? How do you guys manage uploading and organizing official incorporation documents in Airtable?
