I have created a pre-filled form link with the extention. Then I created a button field with the action to open the URL of the pre-filled from link field. The idea was to add this button field to a form view, but I am not winning... Any workarounds?

+31I'm afraid not. You could try putting the prefilled form link into a question's description? Wouldn't look very nice though
