"+" button to add a record on mobile app is not clickable

Hello,

We are having problems with some of our clients where they can't add records via the mobile app.
The "+" button works once and then it becomes not clickable unless you exit the base and re-enter it.

My clients are using Samsung Galaxy S9 and A (something).
