Can people with view-only links see blocks?

No, blocks can only be seen by collaborators who are using the Airtable web app or desktop app.

No, blocks can only be seen by collaborators who are using the Airtable web app or desktop app.


So if I’m given “read-only” permission level for a base, then I’ll be able to see the blocks but not with a share view link.

Also, if I have editor permission level to Base A, but only a share view link for Base B, then I still won’t be able to view blocks in Base B?

That is correct.

(Also, from a security standpoint, you should note that if you have “read-only” permission level for a base, you can view & download all the data from that base for your own personal usage.)
