Can't access the app on my phone

Hello! I've downloaded the app on my iPhone. The first thing I see is the login section. I choose my email and they would send me an email with a 1-tap link. If I open the link on my phone it's says "Sorry, this link won't work on a phone or tablet. Please, open the confirmation link on a laptop or desktop computer to finish signing up". So that's exactly what I do, I go to my laptop and click on the link and it just opens the app normally but on the laptop, the app on my phone remains without logging in, and I can't use the app.

@bonfireacademy  did you ever get this issue resolved? I'm having the same problem now and having a difficulty finding a solution online or through airtable. Regards

I had the exact same Problem. 

For some reason i didn't had a password for my account. After setting one in the Account Overview, right next where your email is listed. All worked well with login in from the app
