I use the Mac Os App and I'm used to have several windows for several bases/interfaces open at the same time but, for a few days now, I can't do it anymore. 

The option in the "File" menu of the app is unavailable and I have no idea why. 

I tried to uninstall/reinstall the app and it's still the same...

Anyone have the same problem ? Any solution ?

Me too, I do have the exact same problem. This started some weeks ago, indeed.

It's very annoying and, at the same time strange that I don't hear anybody talking about it.

Does anybody else has the same problem ?

A solution perhaps ? (even better) 🙂



Has somebody in the Airtable support team already seen this ticket ?

I think it's incredible in such a respectable company as Airtable that a major bug like this cannot answer it and we have no way to contact directely to the team !!


I've the same problem here on Mac OS and my coworkers on PC as well. It's realy annoying when we work on complex workload !

 


Same here. Really makes Airtable only half as useful to us. Maybe it's a paid upgrade now and that's the reason nobody from Airtable cares to reply here?
