Cannot get in contact with the sales team

Hi, I have been trying to get in touch with the Sales Team for more than a month, I have a base that keeps exceeding the 125k records limit, and we urgently need to get more records. has anyone faced a similar situation, and if that’s the case, how did you solve it? Thanks

Is there a world where you could archive some of the older records into different bases? Are all 125k records being actively accessed? If we have a base that’s getting too full, we move that data to an archive base by year.

@Jordan_Fountain that is a nice suggestion, however it is not scalable and it is far from ideal as having historic data is usually nice!

Airtable does snot have automations that work for multiple bases, so you’d need to set something up using make, zapier, n8n or similar, or get that handled manually which is a big pain!

Unfortunately, upgrading is usually the best solution (unless data is really not needed).
