Hi. Has anyone managed to integrate Airtable with Canva using Zapier? I have only seen the option to integrate with onlizer so far....we've been trying with Zapier but the designs aren't appearing anywhere on Canva.

Hey @Molly_1

Integrating Airtable with Canva via Zapier can be tricky because Canva’s API is quite limited. Unlike Onlizer, which has direct support for Canva, Zapier doesn’t yet offer a native Canva integration.

However, you can try a workaround using canva's  bulk create feature and Airtable export

# SetSet up an Airtable view with the required data (text, images, etc.)

# Export the CSV from Airtable (Zapier can automate this with Google Drive)

# Use Canva’s Bulk Create feature by uploading the CSV to a predefined Canva template.

If you need full automation, Onlizer or Make.com might be better suited. Let me know if you need help setting up a workaround!

Let's Schedule the call!

@Molly_1

I haven’t personally tried integrating Canva with Airtable, but you mentioned that it didn’t work with Zapier. Have you tried using Make’s Canva integrations along with Make’s Airtable integrations instead?

In general, Make has much deeper support for most apps (including Canva) than Zapier does, and Make is typically the preferred automation & integration platform for Airtable because of the reasons that I outline in this thread.

If you’ve never used Make before, there is a learning curve, so I’ve assembled a bunch of Make training resources in this thread. For example, here is one of the ways that you could instantly trigger a Make automation from Airtable.

Hope this helps! If you’d like to hire an expert Airtable consultant to help you with anything Airtable-related, please feel free to contact me through my website: Airtable consultant — ScottWorld

Thank you. We tried and ended up opting for Airtable Google Slides integration via Zapier, with pre-developed templates done on canva as inspiration.
