I would like to setup a simple change tracker where I can add changes manually.
On table should have all my website url
for example
url.xy/page1
url.xy/page2
url.xy/page3
In another table I want to track the changes
for example Image added on url.xy/page2
How ca I connect those tables that it diplays the cahnges I made in the first table?
