I’m creating an RFQ form where customers will state what type of product they want, the desired quantity, and any special instructions. Is there a way to create a chart in the form where the first column is the product name, the 2nd column is the quantity, the 3rd column is the unit, the 4th column is the deadline, and the 5th column is special instructions. The chart needs to have multiple rows in case they order several products. How can I do this? Thanks!

This is not possible directly in Airtable Forms, they will have to make a new form for each line item.
You can use another form service to achieve what you want and integrate it with Airtable using the API.
