Chinese characters become corrupted characters after uploading a .CSV file

I uploaded a .CSV file which contained both Chinese and English characters.
The English characters showed normally in Airtable.
However, the Chinese characters turned into corrupted characters.
Pls explain this if u know about this problem.

Thanks for your reply.
If I import an .CSV file which is downloaded from Airtable, the Chinese characters display normally.
So maybe the problem is the .CSV file.
Whatever, I can copy the Chinese characters from excel and paste into Airtable.
